📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible:
You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Clear photos or video evidence of the damage must be provided.

Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
If approved for a refund:
It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Items ordered by mistake
Change of mind
Products that have been used, washed, or altered
Delayed delivery caused by courier or customs
🔁 Exchange Policy
If your cookware arrives damaged, we can replace it with the same item. If that item is out of stock, we will notify you with options for:

A full refund
